From a calm environment, to helpful staff with strong soft skills, to the two providers I saw on two different visits really listening to my concerns .. and then great help choosing glasses and ultimately getting great attention in fitting those glasses .. it was a perfect experience. Dr. Chiu and all the staff at Cathedral Eye Care and Alberta Eye Care are kind, knowledgeable and careful, effective communicators. I so appreciate all of them. They pay attention to a patient's history, remember important issues, and Dr. Chiu is especially good at explaining concerns and options while also taking an interest in one's personal life and how that relates to eye care. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience here as a new patient. Scheduling was easy online and cash pay rates were very transparent from the start. Everyone from front office, the doctor, other staff were all very kind, on time, and ran a very efficient practice. Would highly recommend!
